Charges to tenants;
– The rent.
– Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant.
– Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV license and council tax.
– To secure a letting property for a tenant we will require one weeks holding deposit of the property rental for example if the rent for the property is £1300.00 pcm we will require a £300.00 holding deposit to secure a property. The holding deposit will be refunded in full once the tenancy has been signed and the only grounds you will not receive the holding deposit back is if the tenant decides to not proceed in letting the property at no fault of the landlords or agents. -Lettings requirement funds;
We normally require one month’s rent in advance depending on tenancy checks and we will require 5 weeks deposit on any property below £50,000 PA and 6 weeks deposit on any property over £50,000 PA. Once contracts are signed the deposit of 5 weeks will be registered with the DPS.
There will be no agency fees charged by our agent in line with UK law.
